Jessica L. Tozer is a senior science and technology communications consultant for Corner Alliance, who currently serves as the social media communications manager for the Department of Homeland Security Science and Technology Directorate.  She is responsible for managing the social media platforms for S&T, developing communication strategy, and finding new and creative ways to highlight the topics and people responsible for technological innovation and scientific progression.  Jessica Tozer is the 2014 Silver Stevie Award Winner for Communications Professional of the Year.  She is an Army veteran and a lifelong science fiction fan.
